Why can't I find my size on Ratis.com?
Raits.com provides the most up-to-date inventory for all products. All available sizes will be listed in the dropdown menu for each product. If your size is currently out of stock, sign up for our email updates or send us an email so that we can provide with what you're looking for

How can I change/cancel my Ratis.com order?
At this time, changes to new orders cannot be processed here on our site. We begin processing your order immediately, so changes to your order may not be possible and cannot be guaranteed.Should you need to change your order, please Contact Us as quickly as possible at 1-877-469-4509, and we will try to accomodate your request. Please note that no changes can be made to a Ratis Custom order.

When do I get my tracking number, however it says no records on the carrier website ?
We have the tracking number once shipment released, and then we send the tracking # to you. After you get tracking number, you can track shipments on our website, go to Oreder Status, if you cannot see records on the site right away, please try to see records later because sometimes the carrier input the shipping information slowly. However we guarentee your package has been on the way when you got your tracking number from us.

Can I track my order ?
Visit the Orders page.
Enter the Order Number (from your order confirmation e-mail), plus the Last Name and Phone Number you used to place the order
If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account Overview after you sign in.

How do I check the balance on my Gift Card?
A gift card balance may be viewed with a valid Gift Card number and PIN at Ratis.com. You can check your balance by clicking here: Any unused Gift Card balance will be placed in the recipient's Gift Card account and is not transferable.
